1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 61jl22 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through 61jl22.app.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply accessing any part of the 61jl22 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP players.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible user may be voided and forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by 61jl22, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

The following rules apply to all 61jl22 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 61jl22 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify 61jl22 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your 61jl22 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• KYC Verification: 61jl22 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.

61jl22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

61jl22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, and Metrobank Direct. Additional payment channels may be made available from time to time at the platform's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your 61jl22 account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• 61jl22 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 61jl22 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• 61jl22 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 61jl22 are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule"), subject to technical availability.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱100 applies. Maximum withdrawal limits may vary by account tier and payment method.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of address.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method selected. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• 61jl22 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if 61jl22 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

61jl22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 61jl22 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: 61jl22 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated play between accounts. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have its bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Modification or Withdrawal: 61jl22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 61jl22 platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Teen Patti, and specialty games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All slot and RNG-based games on 61jl22 use certified Random Number Generator technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Results cannot be influenced by the platform or any player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 61jl22 platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 61jl22 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 61jl22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 61jl22.
• Use any 61jl22 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

10 Limitation of Liability

61jl22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward other players or platform staff.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that no outstanding investigations or legal holds apply. 61jl22 will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result of account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 61jl22 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 61jl22 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact 61jl22 support to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

61jl22 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.
